Being tired can make you hate your job
Are you getting enough sleep? Not getting enough sleep can affect your performance and mood. A new study has also found that those suffering from sleep deprivation have a low rate of job satisfaction. The US National Sleep Foundation reports that the average adult gets 6.8 hours of sleep a night.
